All right. This is what I’ve been trying to do this entire freaking time. The quality came out significantly less than I would have liked but after all this time of fighting it I DON’T CARE. This was meant to be just a simple little joke and now I can’t wait to just be done with it, I swear. It all started with the idea of making a live-action segment, which was all good and well. I decided that I’d rather do it with my video camera and go through the extra trouble of making the video simply for the sake of higher quality video (and what kind of extra trouble that crap was, sheesh.). After all, by now everyone should have heard at least one of my many gripes about my poor machine. I could use the webcam, but the frames per second wouldn’t be as great, and I couldn’t take it anywhere, and blah blah blah. So! I used my video camera, barely squeezing this entire skit into the short amount of blank space I had left on my tape. Having that part done (which took forever because I didn’t want to take the time to memorize my lines), I moved to transfer the data onto my computer when luck smote me right across my face. I did not have my data transfer cable. After some brief searching, I came across a different cable, a USB-A to -B Mini cable, which would fit in my camcorder. interesting thing was that Windows Movie Maker wouldn’t detect it. Some research on the internet told me that I inevitably needed a DV cable. USB is only for pictures. DV works off of the FireWire protocol …

Alright, so I’ve deduced more of the problems regarding video/audio. The video issues are most likely a performance issue on my computer. This one was recorded on a different computer. The audio, which I am recording using a device outside the computer, comes out perfect but is getting butchered as it runs through Windows Movie Maker’s process. Any hints on how to fix this are appreciated. So is money and lots of Nintendo-related gifts. The man who helped me start off LPing has joined me in this session, RadicalR. Upon his friend’s suggestion/request, together we mock this game as we gallavant through the bland environment that is Willoughby Springs. Sadly, no blingz to be collected here, but after this romp I do decide on what I thought would be a better title for the game.

Playing Bratz games is so enjoyable! I even know of a niece who will miss out on her favourite cartoon show just to be able to sit at her mother’s personal computer. Before I went shopping, of course I already have some sort of plan and some guidelines how to look for the shoes that are literally worth knocking out the socks off my feet.
